The organisation is a bit weird, but I tried my best to make it easy to follow (lmao) - I'd probably start with the guidelines (appendices), read those in order, and then look at the previous actual sections (not appendices, i.e. The first 30 pages or so cover theory, while the remaining 160 pages consist of specific instructional guidelines that you can follow in making your cities.
